I'm a Customer Service Agent and together with my team I help our customers daily by phone and email.

I always try to do at least one thing that I love everyday. It could be anything from a walk outside breathing some fresh air, eating lunch in a nice restaurant with my colleagues or a conversation with someone from my family.

I think Epassi stands for good values and has a good corporate culture, which is very important. We work for our goals and help eachother.

The best thing about working at Epassi is all your colleagues. It is easy to get along with everyone, regardless of age and origin, and that I think that is very important for be able to enjoy your days at work. My team has a good team spirit and we work well together to meet our set goals.
